I am proud and delighted to welcome you in Paris on July 1-5, 2012. HPB surgery in France has a long innovative and intensive history resulting from exchanges with Europe, our community, America, our long-date partner, and Asia, our challenger.


This 10th World congress of IHPBA is joined with the European HPBA congress and was actively prepared with US and Asian HPB associations. We together will provide a scientific meeting with all leaders of liver, pancreatic and transplant surgery whom your juniors will be able to meet.


Paris, the most wonderful city is easy to access, safe and affordable. The congress convention center is located in the heart of the city. We will have an unforgettable evening at the Musée d’Orsay.
